1. Contract for Sale
1.1 The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. That means that your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and The Beautiful Bag Company. Prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of order’ email, which will be dispatched once the credit card payment ha been authorised and stock availability has been confirmed.
1.2 By placing an order with The Beautiful Bag Company you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which The Beautiful Bag Company may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
1.3 If an order is accepted, The Beautiful Bag Company will send you a ‘confirmation of order’ email.
1.4 The Beautiful Bag Company reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for any reason.
2. Returns
2.1 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@beautifulbagcompany.com or telephone 0844 892 0131.
2.2 The item must be returned to us within seven days; unused and in a perfect, resalable condition with the original packaging intact. Exchange or refund is at the sole discretion of the Manager.
2.3 For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.
2.4 Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
3. Damaged Goods
3.1 In the event that your goods arrive defective or damaged you must notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement or refund on the return of the faulty goods.
4. Liability
4.1 We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, The Beautiful Bag Company cannot guarantee that it will be fault free.
4.2 The Beautiful Bag Company does not accept liability for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications, prices and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. The Beautiful Bag Company however does its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly and as practicably after being notified of them.
4.3 The Beautiful Bag Company does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery charges are specified when your order is placed and will be included in your total when paying for items ordered. Usual delivery time is three to four working days; we can offer a next day delivery service at an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

6.1. The Beautiful Bag Company assumes no liability for the contents of any other websites to which the Beautiful Bag Company website has links. The Beautiful Bag Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, by use or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyper-linked sites. The Beautiful Bag Company is not responsible for the content of external internet sites.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Beautiful Bag Company takes the privacy of its customers seriously and is committed to the following policy:-
The Information you provide:
(i) In using the Beautiful Bag Company web site you will be asked to provide us with personal and financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order for the Beautiful Bag Company to fulfil our agreement with you. This will take place during the check-out procedure.

11. Cancellation Policy
11.1 Once your order has been confirmed you cannot cancel the order.
12. VAT and duty
All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5 per cent.
Your invoice will include VAT at 17.5 per cent. If you live outside of the European Community (EC) we are happy to refund the VAT after your order has been dispatched. To request a VAT refund please contact our customer services department on 0844 892 0131 or email info@beautifulbagcompany.com. Please remember to quote your original order number.
Duty and customs information
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that The Beautiful Bag Company cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
